Our founder, an attorney focusing on complex construction cases, has seen how attorneys often cause more problems than they fix. He wanted to be different. He wanted to solve problems creatively, fairly, and affordably. Thus, the Georgia Center for Arbitration & Mediation was created. Our goal is to offer traditional alternative dispute resolution (ADR) solutions, but we also want to apply some of the concepts that we have learned to all areas of law and for all types of problems even those whose dollar amounts may not justify a “full-press” legal battle.
