The arbitration case initiation fee is $500 per party, per arbitrator

If needed, there is a conference room fee of $150 per room per day
Terms & Conditions:
$500.00 per party, per arbitrator and for each postponement or rescheduling of a hearing within three (3) calendar days of a scheduled hearing
Contemporaneously with a Demand for Arbitration, each party must pay its Case Initiation Fee;
The arbitration will be governed by the Georgia Center for Arbitration & Mediation’s “General Arbitration Procedures.”
There is a four (4) hour minimum charge for all hearings and all cancellations, or postponements made between four (4) and ten (10) calendar days of the scheduled matter;
There is an eight (8) hour minimum charge for all hearings and all cancellations or postponements made within three (3) calendar days of the scheduled matter;
Hourly fees are the same for any additional time spent on the initial telephone conference call, pre-arbitration matters, document review, research, written findings of fact/law, or if necessary, to prepare an informed award or evaluation.
Monthly bills and final bill will be sent will to the parties for prompt payment; attorney representing parties will be responsible for prompt payment; and failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the arbitration.
Under no circumstances will any award or order be given until payment-in-full has been received
The Parties are responsible for any post-mediation work performed by the neutral net ten (10) days.
