Caroline Wight Donaldson is an experienced attorney and registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.
Caroline practiced law as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia before joining the law firm of Ford & Harrison, LLP where she represented airline clients in labor arbitrations and collective bargaining agreement negotiations in their Atlanta and Washington, DC offices. She also worked in the legal recruiting industry in Atlanta, helping found the office of a Nashville-based agency.
Caroline’s family situation took her to Seattle, WA, the Bay Area of California, and Northern Virginia, where she held many community leadership roles in schools and philanthropic organizations. She is happy to be back in her hometown of Thomasville, GA and using her varied experience to assist clients in resolving conflicts fairly and efficiently.
Caroline received her Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from Washington & Lee University and her law degree, also with honors, from The University of Georgia.
Caroline stays busy with her four children, aged 14-25 and currently serves as a trust officer for clients all over the United States.
