Fees

We offer very competitive pricing for our ADR services.  In general, the fees are (i) Administrative Fee, (ii) Initial Deposit for the third-party neutral’s hourly rate, and (iii) and Conference Room fee (if needed).  The details on the neutrals hourly rates are presented below:

4. How are mediator fees determined? Mediator fees are based on the mediator’s subject-matter expertise and experience in the field.

5. Is there an additional fee for using a conference room? Yes, there is a small conference room fee for parties using our facilities. This fee is not refundable.

6. Can the conference room fee be avoided? Yes, participating in a virtual mediation or arbitration can help parties avoid the conference room fee.

7. Is the conference room fee per party or shared among all parties? The conference room fee is typically per party.
